In order to serve our families well, we must first serve ourselves. You can’t pour from an empty cup. This session is perfect for ensuring the new mother receives the gentle care and pampering she deserves as she navigates her new world during the early postpartum weeks. We recommend booking these weekly for the first six weeks.
3-hour visit includes:
Nourishing meal + bone broth

Foot massage with herbal oil

First 40 Days Package: $1500 (1 visit per week for 6 weeks - equates to one visit free) -
This package is ideal for families who desire postpartum support during the first 1-3 weeks postpartum, but not birth support. It is especially helpful for mothers who are planning a hospital birth or Cesarean and do not plan to hire a doula for the birth itself. The goal here is to make sure mom feels fully supported and receives the attention she needs postpartum for adequate healing, as well as to support the family through meal prep and household maintenance. This package includes:
In-person visit during third trimester to discuss desires for postpartum support
Postpartum Nourishment & Recipes E-Book Bundle ($65 value)
10 hours of daytime postpartum support (up to 5 visits)
Bone broth + nourishing meal at visit of choice

This is ideal for families desiring extra support during the day with household chores, meal prep, lactation support and baby care. Hours can be added to any birth or postpartum package, or purchased separately. You may purchase as many hours as desired.

This is ideal for families desiring support during the night with baby care and feeding so parents can rest. Overnight sessions are 8 hours. Daytime hours can also be added before or after each session for additional support with evening or morning routines.
